NEWS TO HELP INVESTORS AVOID TAKING A BEATING

EMAIL FROM RBRAZELL@TALOSPARTNERS.COM SENT TO KEY PLAINTIFFS — LINK ATTEMPTS TO OBTAIN USER NAME AND PASSWORDS

A suspicious email was received by key plaintiffs in multiple lawsuits against Robert Brazell on Monday, February 10, 2014 at 2:54pm (see a copy of the email below). The email said that he had recently uploaded documents for viewing on Dropbox, and that you could simply sign in to view a "Corporate Report."

Over the past several weeks, Rob Brazell (and/or the IBN Board of Managers) has been sending multiple emails to IBN Investors, including plaintiffs in the Utah Fraud case—completely bypassing the recipient's attorneys.

This email contained a link that immediately forwarded you to a website labeled by Google as a "reported phishing site." Phishing is defined on Wikipedia as "the act of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes, indirectly, money) by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication."

The site then required you to sign in with your email address and password in order to view documents on "Dropbox for Business." Any plaintiff that would have followed through on this process would have given the perpetrator access to their entire email account.
