ROBERT V. BRAZELL AND IBN SUE FORMER IBN CEO EXECUTIVE FOR $200 MILLION
Rob Brazell, In-Store Broadcasting Network, LLC., and In-Store Broadcasting Management, Inc., filed suit against former IBN CEO (and close personal friend of Robert Brazell) Rob Wolf this week in Salt Lake City.
The lawsuit makes over 30 claims against Mr. Wolf with specific claims that include; Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Aiding and Abetting Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Breach of Contract including Employment Agreement, NDA and Non-Compete. IBN further claims Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, Breach of Implied Covenants, Conversion, Unjust Enrichment, Tortious Interference, and Conspiracy.
The lawsuit was filed against Mr. Robert Wolf and John Does 1 through 10.
In the email to investors, the IBN Board of Managers and Advisors made the following statement: "IBN has filed a $200 million lawsuit against Rob Wolf; former IBN CEO, board member (board of managers), and employee. Our claims for damages seek to return our/your entire investment."
It would appear that between the Rob Wolf lawsuit and the Kroger claim that the new revenue model at IBN is to sue former partners and employees.
