Why do people yell "Shark!"—to help other swimmers get out of the water and to safety. Of course the shark is upset that you're warning potential victims, it makes it harder to find and eat them.

WorstCEOs is a site dedicated to yelling "Shark!" and providing factual information so that you can make more informed decisions.

Everyday more information comes to light about Rob Brazell and his dealings with investors, business partners and associates. From the beginning, WorstCEOs has reported factual information and supported reports with graphics, downloads or links where available. We invite Robert Brazell to provide us proof that disputes any claims made on this site.

Of course Rob Brazell is upset that his dirty laundry is being aired—but that doesn't mean his laundry isn't dirty, it just means more people are aware of it—and allegedly, he has commented that the site is "killing me."

Robert Brazell's new lawsuit against WorstCEOs.com is a threat against First Amendment rights. It threatens to remove aggregated information publicly available across the web. WorstCEOs.com will fight the suit and take the argument to the press.
