IBN insolvent as early as 2008 PLAINTIFFS SEEK TO PUT IBN ENTITIES AND TALOS INTO RECEIVERSHIP
Robert Brazell admits in written document that IBN was insolvent as early as November 18, 2008.
Plaintiffs in the Utah Securities Fraud Lawsuit have filed a new amended complaint against defendants Robert Brazell, Von Whitby, Robert Kasten, IBN, Talos and others with additional causes of action including; Constructive Trust, Fraudulent Transfer, Derivative Action, and Request for Receivership, which will seek to place all assets under the control of a court appointed receiver.
Robert Brazell stated in a letter to Robann Media members (investors) that "The Company is insolvent as outlined in the Private Placement Memorandum that you will receive in the next few days. Its liabilities far exceed its assets."
